This premium spray dried tomato powder is produced from fresh, mature, ripe tomatoes planted on certified farms, which are washed and processed into cold break paste and spray dried to retain their fresh-picked flavor and deed red color. Silicon Dioxide is added at <<2% as a free flow agent.
The processing equipment consists of modern paste processing equipment made by Rossi & Catelli and spray dry tower. All facility and production process meet the requirements of GMP and HACCP.
These products meet FDA's health limit of Sulfites and residues left by agricultural pesticides and herbicides, and Kosher certificated. These products shall be, packaged, stored and shipped in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.

Dehydrated Tomato

Product is prepared from fresh, mature, ripe tomatoes which are washed, diced and dried using a continuous belt PROCTOR dryer.
The product complies with current Good Manufacturing Practices in manufacturing, Packing, Storage and Handling (21 CFR 110), and with the Code of Hygiene Practice for Dehydrated Fruits and Vegetables (CAC/RCP-5-1971, Rev. 2-1985), General Principles of Food Hygiene (CAC/RCP-1969, Rev. 2-1985).
These products meet all USDA grade A requirements and Kosher certificated.

These premium garlic products consist of dehydrated garlic, harvested from certified farms, inspected, air-dried and grounded. The processing equipment is multi-stage conveyor drier, and facility and production process meet the requirements of GMP and HACCP.
Products meet FDA's health limit of Sulfites and residues left by agricultural pesticides and herbicides and meet ADOGA's specification and are Kosher certificated. They shall be packaged, stored and shipped in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
